Delete your RIDR account

You can delete your RIDR account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how.

1. Delete it in the app (fastest)

• Open RIDR and go to Profile
• Tap Settings & Privacy
• Scroll to Account and tap Delete account
• Type DELETE to confirm

Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.

2. What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, bio, city, home location and profile photo
• Your motorcycles and riding preferences
• Rides you host, and their group chats
• Your messages, direct messages, follows, RSVPs and saved routes
• Your notifications and push notification tokens

3. What we may keep

• Records we're legally required to keep, such as transaction records for RIDR+ purchases
• Copies in routine backups, which are overwritten on the normal backup cycle

4. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a RIDR+ subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store (or the App Store) so you aren't billed again.

5. Can't open the app?

Email hassdigital@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my RIDR account". We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
