Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms govern your use of RIDR, a motorcycle-social app for finding rides, routes, events and other riders. By creating an account or using RIDR, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use RIDR. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Riding is your responsibility

RIDR helps you find and organize rides — it does not supervise them. You're solely responsible for:

RIDR does not verify riders' licences, insurance, skill level, or the accuracy of any route, ride, or event listed by another rider. Use good judgment — meet new riders publicly first, and don't treat anything in the app as a substitute for your own risk assessment.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of content you post (profile info, ride/route/event details, messages, photos), but by posting it you give RIDR the right to display it to other riders as intended by the relevant feature (e.g. a public ride is visible to anyone browsing Discover; a private ride only to invited riders).

Don't post anything that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that impersonates someone else, and don't post someone else's real motorcycle, likeness, or personal information without their consent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

4. Community conduct

RIDR includes blocking and reporting for a reason — treat other riders with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or repeated abusive behaviour toward other riders can result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. RIDR+ subscriptions

RIDR+ is an optional paid subscription unlocking additional features (see the RIDR+ screen in-app for current features and pricing). Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation are handled by that platform's own subscription settings, not by RIDR directly. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep RIDR+ access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices shown in-app come directly from the App Store/Play Store at the time you view them and may vary by region; nothing here overrides the price actually charged by the store.

6. Availability

We aim to keep RIDR running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time as the app evolves.

7. Termination

You can stop using RIDR and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other riders.

8. Disclaimers and liability

RIDR is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from rides, routes, events, or interactions with other riders arranged through the app — riding a motorcycle carries inherent risk that exists independently of RIDR, and nothing in the app changes that.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use RIDR after a change means you accept the updated terms.
